Admission Requirements of JUPEB-Accepting Universities in Nigeria
If you’re considering JUPEB as your admission pathway into any JUPEB-Accepting Universities, it’s important to understand the admission requirements too. One of the things to note is having a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects in your WAEC, NECO, or GCE results depending on the course you are going for and these credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
To seek for admission with your JUPEB result, you must also pass all the subjects registered under the JUPEB program. Even if it’s just a pass, you’ll be eligible to apply for Direct Entry admission in any of the JUPEB-Accepting Universities. It’s required to have your official JUPEB certificate or result before starting the university application process.
Finally, all JUPEB candidates must apply for admission via the JAMB Direct Entry (DE) portal. This step formally registers your intent to gain admission into 200 level at any JUPEB-Accepting universities. Meeting these requirements ensures a smooth transition into your chosen course of study.
